KBK flexible cranes can be categorized into two types by the type of structure:
1. Self-supporting Combination Rigid Cranes
Self-supporting light load cranes can be independently installed on the floor of the workshop without the use of plant bull legs. The foundation requirement is only C30 concrete, thickness ≥150mm; and it can be increased, decreased or relocated at any time according to the process layout, so it is flexible and convenient to use. Reliable, stable, precise, economical and efficient. The rail adopts high-strength steel cold-rolled molding, avoiding the deformation phenomenon of the second welding. The rail adopts closed design to effectively avoid the appearance of dust on the rolling surface, thus reducing the resistance and wear and tear of the trolley wheels and the rail, making the operation more flexible and prolonging the service life. Simple structural design to reduce the failure rate; smooth car contact surface and unique wheel design to ensure that the running resistance is small, low noise; lighter manual operation, the overall power is small, low energy consumption.
2、Suspended light load crane
Do not need any column support, can be independently suspended and installed in the upper part of the plant light steel mesh frame junction, structure, concrete load-bearing beams, or plant columns, cattle legs. So that the workshop workspace without any interference, in a great convenience to the production process at the same time, make the workshop more simple and beautiful!
