Wheel set
The wheel material is made of ZG50SiMn, 65Mn and other materials, and quenched by advanced industrial frequency heat treatment. Its hardness is in line with the hardness of the tread surface and inner side of the rim (HB) ≥ 300 ~ 380, the minimum depth of hardened layer 20 (mm)
The accuracy of the diameter of the tread of the wheel is not less than h9 as stipulated in GB1800～1804 Tolerance and Fitting, and the round runout of the datum end face of the wheel after assembly is not less than grade 9 in GB1182～1184.
Wheel set bearings are preferred to self-aligning spherical roller bearings, which can compensate for mounting errors and frame deformation to a certain extent, with low running resistance and easy assembly and maintenance.
